It’s no secret that we at lola&grace are borderline obsessed with beautiful colours, so naturally when we saw this snapshot of the picturesque village of Manarola we couldn’t stop fantasising about a trip there. Not only do the pop brights remind us of our Colour Up collection, but it’s also in Northern Italy, somewhere we have always wanted to go! Definitely our picture of the day…

Let’s take the fast lane today and celebrate the return of two British pop hopes who took quite a while to release new material. The first one is electro-pop songstress Little Boots, whose debut album ‘Hands’ was released in 2009 and will be followed by ‘Nocturnes’ only 4 years later. Newcastle’s Mausi seem to be a little quicker, since their last release is from 2011. But that was only one song and it took them nearly two years to release the follow up ‘Move’… Well, no matter how long it takes, as long as the result is as good as these two tracks it’s worth all the wait.
