When preparing for our summer holidays there is always a familiar knot of dread in all of our stomachs. Swimsuit season. Like it or not, ready or not, swimsuit season is upon us (despite what the local weather is saying!)

In the past we have been known to do crunches in the airport departure lounge moments before boarding the plane in preparation for the itsy bitsy bikini but, not this year. No, this year we are heralding the renaissance of the wonderful onesie, freed from it’s shackles of simplicity and sensibility.

Cutting edge brands such as We Are Handsome, Black Milk and Wildfox have taken the school swimming lesson staple (scooped back and all) and transformed it into something that resembles exactly what the summer heart desires! From blooming floral photographic prints, to celestial wonders emblazoned across the front. These swimsuits are not for the faint hearted but they are for all body shapes.

We are planning on packing several of these waterside saviours – team with a splash of sparkle and we are ready for whatever the holiday season may through our way!
