So despite the weather playing winter games at the moment, festival season is actually kicking off this weekend (for us anyway) with the fabulous Field Day in London’s Victoria Park. Always a great place for music, friends and style inspiration alike, we thought we’d better get planning our look, but actually, it’s much easier than we thought…

On Friday 19th April, in a glittering whirl of bubbles, balloons, cake pops and crystals, we cut the ribbon to our brand shiny new store in Bluewater Shopping Centre, Kent. Now we at lola&grace love an excuse to celebrate, so naturally the bubbly was flowing as soon as the ribbon was cut at 12pm and didn’t stop until close!

Over the course of the day we had dozens of fashionistas & friends, sparkle lovers, accessory addicts & bloggers come through the doors to get their hands on some lola&grace bling.

Alexandra Smith, a local stylist & blogger, stopped by in the afternoon, her verdict? ‘Loving lola&grace…’ (thank you Alexandra!) our rather fabulous Neon Edit Drop Earrings caught her eye whilst she was in-store, which we must admit are one of our spring favourites! Whilst Pariss Sloan, an editor & fashion enthusiast from Kent snapped up a sparkling Round Solitaire Simple Ring from our sunshine-infused summer collection which has just landed in our stores, a piece we predict will be mighty popular over the coming months.

It was great to meet so many lovers of lola&grace in one place, as well as our fabulous new staff, that will be managed by the charismatic Charissa who has got to be one of lola&grace’s biggest fans! What’s her current favourite, you ask?… The Round Solitaire Bold Necklace for a drop of classic sparkle, the lola&grace way. We can’t fault her choice there!
